Vincent and Arséne have their first battle. Although Vincent has general knowledge about Pokemon, he doesn't realize that a trainer is supposed to command their Pokemon instead of letting them do whatever they want. Their opponents, Charlotte and her Vulpix Lyra go on the offensive with Flare Blitz.

It's funny because Vulpix has Flash Fire as it's ability, meaning the Flare Blitz not only did more damage, but boosted Arséne! So he made a smart choice after all.
